Here is my egg! A little over cooked but it was a fair attempt. I topped them off with crème fraîche, sautéed onions and mushrooms. Truly a simple recipe. I love this

by Ginette Mathiot. The croque monsieur with ham is right up my alley. (I will have it ready for lunch friend *)
